This warranty does not cover cosmetic or structural damage arising from
abuse or misuse including but not limited to damage caused by crashes or
collisions, improper installation and/or assembly, and improper maintenance.
Any modifications, additions, or changes to the original product voids the
warranty. Wear from normal use or environmental exposure is not covered by
this warranty. Ionic will repair or replace at its sole discretion any item
or any portion of that item deemed defective under this warranty. Ionic will
not be responsible for any shipping or dealer charges related to any
warranty claim whether the claim is accepted by Ionic or not. Ionic does not
warranty any material failure. Ionic shall not be responsible for incidental
or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to
you. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, and those
rights may vary from place to place. This warranty does not effect the
statutory rights of the consumer. Please remember: the warranty only applies
to the original owner with proof of purchase - All claims must be processed
directly with Ionic - The warranty is void if your bicycle is
subjected to abuse, alterations, improper maintenance, modifications or
other excessive, improper or abnormal conditions - Labor charges incurred
from part changes, assembly, disassembly and freight are the responsibility
of the owner - The warranty offers no cash refunds - As the consumer you
possess specific legal rights, and those rights may vary from place to place.
